As the Fair Practice Coordinator, I will assist this Local in enforcing the policies enacted to ensure that the Administration at the Federal Detention Center follows and abide by rules set forth in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 , in which the employers must not deny employment or promotions based on employees race, religion, sex, or national origin.
